Wooden foot file with both coars & fine grit
 
How to use: Clean feet. Use rougher side of file over cracked heals or hard skin on effected areas. Smooth with finer side of file. This process can also be done "wet", in the bath or shower. Make sure to apply a layer of ISDIN Ureadin Podos Hydrating Oil (Cover with socks if you can). Scrub clean & dry your foot file, store in a dry place
